The resulted achievements were based on researches of developed mathematical models of basic technological processes, namely, the process of wet-heat treatment of petioles of oilseed raisin raw materials and spinning of castor oil in screw press. The peculiarity of these models is that for the first time in domestic and world practice they take into account the hydrodynamics of the movement of the pewter in the stove and the energy consumption of the separation of moisture from the pepper. Such a model of the process allows precisely to calculate the trajectories of the velocity of movement of the pulp in the vane, the processes of heat-mass transfer with different parameters of the roast. The second mathematical model is distinguished by the fact that the first spin of oil in a screw press was considered as a process of continuous reduction of porosity of the material. And the porosity decreases as long as the "skeleton". which compresses does not counterbalance its resistance further consolidation of the pulp. These studies allowed to develop a technological scheme for processing castings for castor oil and forage pulp and technological regulations, which are beneficial for the design of small-scale enterprises.
