Purpose of research work in general is creation and research of high-efficient thermionic cathodes with the regulable complex of electrophysics properties for application in an air-space technology. The stage purposes are test operation of electric propulsion hollow cathode with usage of new developed material based on barium-strontium-calcium scandate, thermionic emission research of yttrium dodecaboride single-crystal, model samples parameters investigations of new Hall-type plasma generators. Electric propulsion research showed that hollow cathode based on 30 mas. % Ba3Sc4O9 - 70 mas. % W provided better characteristics compared with other compositions emitters. It was shown that YB12 [100] single-crystal surface in high vacuum at temperatures up to 1978 К undergoes phase transformation dealt with boron content reduce that results in thermionic current density increase. The modernization results of technological Hall-type plasma generator power supply are presented. It allows to control the deposition parameters without its break and exerts on deposited layers structure and physical properties. Product Description popup.authors Іщенко Є.І. Воронович Д.О.
