The method of increasing the energy efficiency of computer networks of information and control systems of NPPs, which is achieved at the expense of a balanced load on physical data channels, is developed. The methodological bases of information technology for securing of critical energy infrastructures with the consideration of the emergent risks in the conditions of uncertainty are developed. The concept of designing a system for post-accident monitoring of equipment and NPP territory after a severe accident with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles is proposed. The approach to the construction of smart business centers taking into account the functioning of the power supply system with different energy modes of the router and server; firewall operation; Failure of device management systems after impact of attack on router software, power supply system, server, etc. is proposed. T he structure of information technology of adaptive power consumption management of a personal computer and algorithmic provision of information technology are developed. The practical value of the research results is that they can be used to create hardware and software tools for computerized and communicative networks and infrastructures that are subject to requirements for the minimization of their energy consumption.
