The ecosystemological principles of the transition to the ecological-centered concept of nature management and its specificity in mountainous conditions have been substantiated with the aim of managing ecosystem processes of secondary ecosystem reconstruction and amendment the processes of sylvatization of old-farm lands. The biodiversity and features of the structural and functional organization of zoocenoses in primary and secondary ecosystems are studied. Changes in species composition, structure and functional organization of communities as a result of anthropogenic transformation of forest ecosystems have been established. The influence of changes in the functional organization of the forest and afterland ecosystem derivatives has been studied to maintain their environment-forming functions.
