The subject of the research is a coherent methodological environment for the implementation of innovative technology education in vocational education. The purpose of the research is to provide a theoretical substantiation, development and expert assessment of a coherent methodological environment for the implementation of innovative learning technologies in vocational education as a modern base of vocational training of teaching staff in vocational education. Methods of the research:- theoretical: analysis, comparison, systematization of different views of scientists (philosophers, culturologists, economists, psychologists, educators) on certain aspects of the research problem; analysis of normative documentation concerning the organization of pedagogical process in higher educational institutions; analysis of the conceptual and terminological basis of pedagogical innovation; self-analysis; classification of pedagogical innovations; modeling in order to identify the specificity of innovative learning technologies; empirical: observation of students' and teachers' work; questioning, testing, interviewing, studying the products of activities in order to identify problems in the implementation of innovative learning technologies; expert estimation method for studying of the coherent methodological environment model for innovative technologies implementation; studying of the innovative activity experience of specialists of the pedagogical branch; mathematical methods: the method of mathematical processing of data for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the expert work results. Scientific novelty of the research:- for the first time scientifically grounded, developed and subjected to an expert assessment of a coherent methodological environment for the implementation of innovative learning technologies in vocational education, which was created on the basis of competency, acmeological and systemic approaches and understood as a set of correlative components that provide the projection of innovative teaching technologies and appropriate control tools with further research of the innovation activities results, thereby reconciling the external public requirements for the professional training of the lecture with the internal requirements of the higher educational institution regarding his/her level of training for the innovations implementation in the educational process; based on the coherence principle, a coherent methodological environment model for the application of innovative teaching technologies has been developed, the main components of which were the block of designing of basic innovative teaching technologies (including designing of gaming technologies, training technologies, case technologies and technologies of health saving), a block of technologies for the results control of the innovation learning technologies implementation and a block of a teacher's research activity based on the results of innovative learning technologies implementation; further development of the issue of creating a criterial basis for assessing the methodical environment through conducting its expert assessment on the basis of evaluation criteria, disclosed through a system of specific indicators that characterize the qualities and properties of the estimated coherent methodological environment of the research; improvement of the technological approaches to the development of innovative teaching technologies (the improvement is the precise algorithmization of the development of business games, training sessions, case studies, control and research activities based on the results of the innovative technology training implementation in vocational education). The practical value of the research is that the developed coherent methodological environment for the innovative teaching technologies implementation is been applied through a set of teaching aids, among which are the following: "Health-saving technologies in the teacher's activities "; "Research and reflexive activity of the teacher"; "Case method in vocational education"; "Gaming technologies of training in vocational education", "Innovations in the teacher's professional activity". The presented material can be used in the pedagogical workers training in vocational education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; during the development of programmes and tutorials aimed at preparing these specialists for innovation activity; in the system of postgraduate education and professional development of the teaching staff of higher pedagogical educational institutions, teachers and masters of production training at vocational schools; during self-education activities of subjects of the pedagogical branch.
