It was conducted and found that the nephroprotective effect of PDT-Na in all used models of OPN is due to the restoration of the content of the main blood serum enzymes (LDH, GGT, SCF) and electrolytes (sodium, potassium) due to the normalization of metabolic processes in the tissues of the kidneys, normalization of the balance of activity of processes peroxide oxidation of lipids (decrease of the level of DK and TBK-AP in blood and tissues of the kidneys) and antioxidant protection (increased activity of catalase and SOD, level of GSH in blood and kidney tissues).
