Object of research: processes of investment and innovation activity in Ukraine, process of development of leasing relations of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, financing of capital investments in the framework of investment activity of the enterprise. Research purpose: theoretical studies of the bases of leasing relations, studying the degree of development of the market of leasing services in Ukraine, determining the prospects for the development of leasing. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical method, comparative-economic analysis, statistical and graphical method. Theoretical and practical results: the interpretation of the concept of "leasing relations of industrial enterprises" is refined, which reproduces the state of the process of leasing development as a potential renewal, and the methodical principles of forming the algorithm for providing equipment and technical means to an industrial enterprise on the terms of financial leasing with obligatory coordination and taking into account the interests of all participants of leasing processes. Novelty: is clarified definition of leasing, based on the detection of differences from the lease, loan and purchase and sale relations; are identified the main directions of development of leasing activity at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Efficiency of introduction: proposals to solve the problem of financing capital investments due to the wider introduction of leasing financing of investment programs will improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Area of application: the industrial enterprises.
