It is substantiated that the main ways of forming the technological competence of the future teacher are: change of priorities in determining the concept of professional and psychological and pedagogical training in the magistracy of modern university in the context of its technology; enrichment of the purpose, tasks, content and structure of the teaching of general-pedagogical and methodical directions of teaching disciplines with theoretical ideas and practical means of implementing the technological approach; definition of modern pedagogical technologies that improve the quality of the future teacher training and their active use in practical training of masters; development of methodical recommendations on the use of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process. It has been experimentally proved that substantiated ways of being able to effectively influence the formation of components of the technological competence of the future teacher. The results of the study are important for the development of methodological recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of master's training. Allocated indicators, ways and means of preparation will allow purposeful management of this process at the magistracy stage, as well as promote the professional self-improvement of the future teacher.
