The subject of the study is the principles of organization and methods for the synthesis of distributed computer networks and modern information technologies for the management of electrical systems by the supply of electricity to the traction of trains. An analysis of the evolution of the development of traction electrical systems of railways and distributed computer networks of their management allowed the authors of the project to conclude that the maximum efficiency of intellectualization of railway energy can be obtained by applying a new method, the essence of which is to conduct a cycle of research on the general properties of the topology of traction networks and their mathematical models, computer - oriented methods, algorithms, the spectrum of computer network architectures adequate topology of electrical th network and information management technologies electricity for traction. Practical value. Studies of the complex problem of innovative transformation of traction electrical networks of railways have been carried out. Mathematical models of the organization of sliding monitoring of parameters of traction electric networks of railroads are offered. On the basis of the theory of differential transformations, mathematical models are designed to increase the level of informativeness of primary data. The generalized architecture of the intellectual environment of a traction substation formed on the basis of modern SMART Grid is presented as a result of the mutual integration of the architecture of the traction power supply network and computer information architecture. Differential mathematical models for spectral analysis of individual harmonic components of multidimensional primary information have been developed. It is shown that the processes of innovative transformation of electrical networks are closely connected with the solution of the problem of computerization of procedures for identifying abnormal modes of electrical systems, localization of damages, minimization of energy losses when a sudden emergence of an emergency or abnormal regime is the basis for the formation of energy-saving technologies to reduce the cost of transportation and improve the level of traffic safety. Mathematical models are proposed that describe pre-emergency, emergency and post-accident processes of the electric grid functioning synchronously with respect to time and the operation of the protection system, including determining the distance to the accident site for the intellectualization of power supply optimization procedures and the creation of energy-saving technologies for power consumption. The conceptual foundations of the innovative transformation of traction electrical networks of railways are presented. The developed methods of synthesis of architectures of microprocessor systems for protection of traction networks with flexible logic and wide functionality of recognition of abnormal and emergency modes of functioning of power supply systems.
