The object of research is the system of economic relations that arise in the process of integration of the interrelationships of the tax and investment channels of the legalization of proceeds from crime. The purpose of the study is to formulate methodological foundations and methodical tools for preventing investment and tax crimes for the purpose of illegal extraction of capital abroad, scientific substantiation and elaboration of a mechanism of prevention of shadow capital outflows schemes, which will include algorithms and target benchmarks for prevention the legalization of proceeds from crime. Methods of research: systematic approach, dialectical method, method of logical generalization, method of scientific abstraction and logical generalization, method of economic-mathematical modeling, comparison, ranking, statistical, graphical and comparative methods.Based on the conducted analytical review of the trends of using of corruption schemes for the withdrawal of capital abroad are identified key drivers of economic shadowing, the main subjects of illegal withdrawal of funds and classified the methods of legalization of proceeds from crime. The position of Ukraine in the international financial space in terms of illegal financial flows has been analyzed, the amount of income shadowing on the basis of electric and monetary methods, the method of losses of enterprises and the method of "population expenditures - retail turnover" for the period 2006-2016 has been studied . The effectiveness of state anti-corruption measures in terms of three components: organizational-institutional, normative-legal and methodical tools for evaluating the effectiveness of state anti-corruption bodies has been done.
