Object of the research: there are technologies of drying and extraction of vegetable oilseeds, and the physical and mechanical, thermal physical processes accompanying them, their impact on the production ecology and the efficient use of resources. Technological process of drying of sunflower and rape seeds. The purpose of the work is the formation of fundamentally new approaches in processing and food technologies of agro-industrial production, creation of the latest energy-efficient and material-saving technologies, principles and equipment that realize the advantages of combined and targeted energy supply on the basis of vibrating technologies and the current organization of processing in drying and extraction processes. To achieve the goal you need to solve the following tasks: 1.Analysis of the theory and technology, the results of the introduction of energy-efficient approaches in the drying and extraction of plant raw materials. 2.Development of the theoretical foundations of drying and extraction technologies, which use the combined and address energy supply for vibratory action on the executive organs of equipment. 3.Development of analytical models of the investigated heat and mass transfer processes and obtaining dependencies for the main parameters of evaluation. 4. Conducting of complex experimental studies of the kinetics of physico-chemical transfer processes with the combined energy impact on the oil content of raw materials. 5. Generalization of the results of experimental modeling, the formation of a general algorithm of calculation and optimization of devices, conducting of computer modeling. 6. Preparation of technical tasks and design documentation for the production of prototype equipment. Introduction of developed experimental models in the production. Subject of research: there are dryers and extractors of combined technological action with microwave energy supply and vibration intensifier of investigated processes. Research methods. For theoretical studies are used modern concepts of physical and mathematical modeling of friable environments, similarity theory, the theory of vibration and wave transport of bulk weights, classical similarity theory, thermophysical modeling methods, physical methods of analysis of the structure of solutions. During the experimental researches German equipment Robotron was used and modern complexes for estimation of parameters of heat transfer of mass, kinematic, power and energetic characteristics of vibro-wave transportation of masses, modern methods and devices, among which are original authors' investigations. Matlab, MathCAD, Excel software were used for analytical research. Research results: The designed samples allow to clarify calculations of designs of industrial microwave extractors, their typical size series with the corresponding regime parameters; to simulate the indicated processes in the conditions of a vented layer; to develop a technological scheme of extraction of oil and drying of raw materials from rape seeds using a microwave intensifier, to obtain a product that meets the requirements of current state standards; to establish the effectiveness of using in a microwave field a polar, safer, non-toxic ethyl alcohol in contrast to non-polar, toxic, explosive hexane. The development of experimental models of vibration dryers, the substantiation of optimal modes of their operation will make it possible to significantly reduce the energy and material consumption of vibration dryers. For the domestic industry, the development of experimental models of vibration dryers and extractors will make it possible to reduce substantially the energy and material consumption of the technological equipment. The results allowed to substantiate the operating modes of bulk mass processing of products under the conditions of infrared irradiation of the vibration-weighted product layer; the obtained parameters of the unbalance of the oscillatory system for efficient movement of raw materials while minimizing energy and material costs. The research results were implemented by PJSC "Vinnitsa Oil and Fat plant" (Vinnytsya). The obtained research results are used in the preparation of new lecture courses and cycle of laboratories on disciplines: "Technological equipment of processing and food industries", "Processes and apparatuses of processing and food industries", "Mechanical and technological characteristics of agricultural materials".
