It is investigated and developed on the basis of the results of high-temperature simulation, which allows to obtain reliable information on physical and chemical, hydro-gas-dynamic and heat-mass transfer processes by chemical analysis of metal, slag and waste gases samples, bath temperature measurements and video fixation of macro-physical phenomena, the method of combined blowing of a converter bath through a three-level lance by the definitely oriented groups of sonic and supersonic oxygen jets is determined, which provides an optimal redistribution of the blown oxygen, on reactions in the metal, slag and gas phases, and prevention of slopping and the aggressive action of postcombustion torches on the lining of the aggregate
