We obtained results of degradation of hemostatic agents of different composition, the dependence of the degree and rate of degradation, depending on the molecular weight of chitosan and cross-linking agents. The conducted experiment allowed to choose the optimal composition of samples and to plan an experiment on model animals. As a result of animal experiments, high hemostatic properties of samples from chitosan acetate with the addition of tranexamic acid and chitosan lactate modified with kKar were demonstrated.
