For nowadays traumas a significant tissue damage is typical, both at microscopic and macroscopic levels. First of all, this is due to the peculiarities of modern traumatic factor, which is characterized by high speed and significant weight. Combined with rapid growth of antibiotic-resistant microorganisms, the problem of injury is becoming increasingly important, which in turn is important for the population which lives in conditions of chronic iodine deficiency. The current state of problem is characterized by the unresolved issues regarding the use of multi-stage surgical tactic ("Damage control"), which is aimed at reducing the extent of the first operational intervention and the postponement of the full restoration of damaged organs and structures to stabilize the vital functions of the body. In medicine and particular in surgery new questions arise regarding the prognosis, diagnosis and prevention of infectious complications of treatment of injury, taking into account the optimal treatment tactics, traumatic shock, trauma and complications of osteoporosis.
