As a result of clinical research it is revealed that recurrent pain syndrome, index mass body decrease below 16,3, alfa-amylase level increase above 1024 un., widening of pancreatic ducts to 4,7 mm., are the predictors of intraductal pancreatic hypertension in patients with chronic pancreatitis. Use of SF-36 questionnaire, which is recommended by the International center of investigation of quality of life and VAS (visual analog scale) for pain syndrome assessment along with clinical and laboratory-instrumental methods of intraductal pancreatic hypertension diagnosis permits to achieve more precise election of methods of treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis. Fray - Izbicky pancreatojejunostomy allows it to decrease the number of relapses of intraductal pancreatic hypertension to 11,1%.
