Karazin popup.description2 Objects of theoretical investigations: coherent emission of the stack of Josephson junctions, consisted of layers of low-temperature superconductors divided by hybrid barriers made of the semiconductor and the normal metal. The aim of the work: the development of the theory of coherent emission from stacks of long Josephson junctions with hybrid barriers. The method of investigations: mathematical modeling of electrical properties of stacks of long Josephson junctions. We calculated numerically electrical properties of stacks with different quantities of Josephson junctions (up to 6) with inhomogeneous distribution of critical currents along junctions, zero-field steps in IV-characteristics and power of coherent emission at these zero-field steps. With the use of this model, the derivative of the experimentally measured IV-characteristic of the heterostructure MoRe-Si(W)-MoRe was approximated. We showed that particularities of this derivative was connected with the appearance of zero-field steps. Modeling of a stack of two junctions which ends have different temperatures showed that emission from the heated end is large than from the cold end. Product Description popup.authors О. М. Гриб Р.
