The object of the study - patients with combat polystructural limb trauma. The purpose of the study is to improve the results of treatment of patients with gunshot polystructural damage to the limbs based on the development of the technology of treatment and rehabilitation. The research method - clinical, radiological, sonographic, biochemical, histological. The analysis of treatment of 221 patients was carried out. At 25 rabbits, the effect of cell suspensions on regeneration of the sciatic nerve was studied. The positive effect of combined use of bone marrow and adipose tissue has been established. The mistakes and complications were studied, as well as differences in the provision of medical care at levels 3 and 4, and the prognostic factors for the treatment of the wound were determined.
