The purpose of the study: to identify predictors of the formation and improve the algorithm for diagnosis of liver steatosis in children. Analyzed clinical anamnestic, laboratory-instrumental features of the course of liver steatosis, provided сонолалостграфічні characteristics of structural changes in the liver and rigidity of the vascular wall. The risk factors for liver steatosis have been studied, and based on factor analysis, the leading factors influencing the formation of liver steatosis in children have been determined and structured. The influence of excessive bacterial growth syndrome on the development of inflammatory, metabolic and structural disorders in liver steatosis has been investigated. The influence of the nonsynonymic single-nucleotide polymorphism TLR4 Asp299Gly on the formation and course of liver steatosis in children has been studied. Proposals for the improvement of non-invasive diagnosis of liver steatosis in children have been developed.
