This work contains the theoretical conclusions, practical recommendations and other research results, based on the researches of social communications and information activities. The rapid growth in popularity of virtual communities on the Internet platform fundamentally transformed the forms and methods of public social communication, uncompromisingly simplifying and making it available for almost all Internet users. In fact, it is the phenomenon of virtual communities has become a decisive factor in the formation of the information society. The value, information volumes and contingent of the users of the web communities turned them into a complex social and technological object of management. The process of managing web communities has become a critical factor in the success of their development, the security of the users and the motivation of the owners. As a result, today the group of methods and means for analysis and modeling of social communications on the Internet as the basis of the information society are demanded. Today, virtual communities are one of the elements of creating an information society. Virtual communities are a developed type of community that operates on the Internet in order to meet interests and help solve problems. In terms of updated information confrontation question of authenticity, objectivity of information distributed on the Internet and, in particular, information on historical events is actualized. Social and communication technology, virtual reality modeling, are creating huge opportunities for publishing information that is not required based on factual and documented.5481
