New models of mechanics for the quantitative description and optimization of thermal, mechanical and electromagnetic processes and structural changes are developed with the use of methods of applied mathematics, mechanics, electrodynamics of a continuous medium, the theory of heat conductivity, nonequilibrium thermodynamics, physical materials science, and the theory of optimal control, taking into account the specifics of heat transfer and loading in the problems under consideration of processing and exploitation of elements of power equipment and technical devices, thermal sensitivity material, its electrical, magnetic and radiation properties, elastic-plastic character of deformation under complex external effects (power, thermal and electromagnetic). Solutions of new linear and nonlinear problems on the determination and optimization of parameters characterizing the thermomechanical behavior of concrete solids with allowance for these factors are found and investigated.
