The device of the nonclassical Newton's minorants and their diagrams of functions of one, two and many real variables is constructed, which is used for: to construct new numerical methods for the seach for an extremum o f functions, to construct numerical method for the search zeros of functions; to construct an interpolation method for solving the Cauchy problem for ordinary differential equations of the first order. The possibility of effective use of Cloud Computing technologies for development and optimization of real-time business information systems is described. On the expediency of developing new mathematical models and efficient numerical algorithms for analyzing and designing load balances in real-time business-service information systems is made.
