The approach used for the formulation of the target energy scenario is based on assessment of the synergetic effect from the implementation of measures grouped by priority area: energy efficiency, renewable energy, modernization and innovation, market transformation and institutions. The mathematical modeling and assessment of the consistency of long-term scenarios of economy and energy sector development in Ukraine was performed with a use of adapted modeling tools in accordance with the developed soft -linkage algorithm.5481
