The object of research is modern high-temperature nickel alloys used for the manufacture of responsible castings for aircraft engineering, technological processes for refining fresh alloys and for own technological recovery. The purpose of research is to study the prospects of using electron-beam remelting of nickel alloy recycling waste for responsible cast parts of aircraft engineering, obtained by the method of high-speed directional crystallization, in order to provide them with mechanical, technological and operational properties at the level required by the corresponding normative and technical documentation.
