An analysis of groups of methods for the solution of the equations of an object-oriented electro-thermal mathematical model is carried out. The peculiarities of optimization of constructive parameters taking into account the operating modes of electrical systems of transformation of alternating current are considered. The global integral energy efficiency criteria and integral optimality conditions for AC systems are formulated. The method and the transformations of integral optimality conditions for unitary structures to a recurrent system of differential conditions are proposed. A new method of frequency adaptation is developed that provides reduction of systems of Maxwell's equations. New methods of spatial decomposition of the calculated area and dynamic synthesis of electromagnetic parameters of circuits of electrical engineering systems are developed for minimization of the norm of the vector of current non-interconnection
