The object of the research is a modern educational space, in the integrity of its real institutions of local, state and global scale, which are presented by social conditions, information and legislative support, and separate educational systems. The subject of the study is the systematized elements of the educational space that provide a vector of development of the spiritual and moral values of the future teacher. The aim of the research is to define the conceptual principles of harmonization of all the components of the spiritual and moral development of the individual, based on the multidimensional philosophical, psychological and pedagogical analysis of the educational space reforming, and to justify the model of training future teachers in the context of the development of spiritual and moral qualities.
