There was also made in vitro estimation of propoxazepam ability to be absorbed in different segments of gastrointestinal tract. The obtained data for both fine-crystalline propoxazepam form in model solutions (at рН 1,2 - 0,264 ± 0,044 mg/dm3, at рН 4,5 - 0,204 ± 0,018 mg/dm3, at рН = 6,8 - 0,097 ± 0,009 mg/dm3) and its bioawailability (on the base of previously conducted pharmacokinetics studies) allow to classify substance as Biopharmaseutical Classification System Class 2.
