The object of research is process professional preparing bachelors of Economics and management in University education. Subject of research - theoretical and methodological framework and conceptual model of modernization of professional training of bachelors of Economics and management in University education in the context of European integration. At different stages scientific research used the following research methods: theoretical - study and analysis of documents and regulatory materials, regulatory requirements for professional training future economists and managers, the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature to identify theoretical and methodological bases of preparation of specialists of different directions; methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization to identify the nature and content of vocational training in the context of European Integration; modelling techniques; conceptual-comparative and structural system analysis for systematization and generalization of information about the test object; development of models of pedagogical implementation of the quality assurance system of vocational training of students in the conditions of European integration; empirical - observation, questionnaires, interviewing, psychological research, methods of expert assessment, talks to diagnose and generalization of information about the state identified problems; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time, on the basis of methodological approaches and peculiarities of the educational process in the University developed and implemented in the educational process of science-based technology of teaching subjects cycle of natural-scientific training aimed at the formation of professional competence of future economists and managers. The results that are most important are such as: defence of two dissertations on the theory and methodology of professional education; scientific basis and experimental verification of the effectiveness of multidisciplinary technology models of teaching subjects cycle of natural-scientific training, in which the system of formation of predictive skills and organizational and structural model of formation of information and analytical skills; adaptive concept of mathematical education; bilingual model for teaching mathematical disciplines; the model of formation of professional mathematical competence of students of economic and managerial direction of professional training.
