The object of research are the social relations that arise in the settlement of armed conflict within the state. The purpose is to study the theoretical and methodological principles of the settlement of a modern armed conflict, to develop proposals for improving the legal, organizational and informational and analytical mechanisms for the settlement of armed conflicts within the state, as well as to implement the results of the research by computer software. Methods of research arethe historical analogy, analysis, synthesis, mathematical modeling, methods of statistical analysis, methods of forecasting. The results of the study are: the theoretical and methodological principles of the settlement of a modern armed conflict; proposals on the improvement of the legal mechanism for the settlement of armed conflicts within the state; proposals for improving the organizational mechanism for resolving armed conflicts within the state; proposals for improvement of the informational and analytical mechanism for the settlement of armed conflicts withinthe state; computer program for the implementation of the proposed mechanisms of state regulation.
