The basis of technology of montmorillonite intercalation by polyvinylpyrrolidone and the production of homogeneous nanocomposites based on a mixture of incompatible polypropylene and polyamide without the use of compilibrators have been developed. The regularities of obtaining nanocomposites based on a mixture of polypropylene/polyamide montmorillonite modified ин polyvinylpyrrolidone have been established. Fundamentals of the technology of activation and metallization of granular and powdered-like polymer raw materials have been developed. The conditions of formation of a metal layer with the help of a simple technological method of chemical renewal of metal ions on activated polymeric raw materials and properties of metal-filled composites on the basis of polyvinyl chloride plasticate were investigated. The methods of studying the efficiency of activation of powdered-like polymer raw materials and the kinetics of copper ion recovery on activated polymer raw materials in solutions of chemical metallization have been developed. The composition and structure of copper coating are investigated. Principle technological schemes for obtaining polymer nanocomposites and metallization of granular and powdered-like polymer raw materials have been developed.5481
