Object of the research -environmentally-oriented management system of small hydropower objects on the basis of multipurpose use of the territorial natural and economic complexes. Purpose of the research - improvement of the theory and practical activities of environmentally-oriented use of small hydropower objects in the context of the concept of sustainable development. Research methods- methodological basis of the work is the provisions of economic theory, management theory, the analysis of scientific research of domestic and foreign specialists in the field of environmental economics, as well as the works of leading scientists and practitioners in the field of energy. Basis of the research - collected, processed and generalized : legislation of Ukraine, documents of executive authorities’ power and local self- government authorities, reporting and project documentation in the field of environmental management. Results of the research - scientific results, conclusions and proposals significantly expand the scope of scientific knowledge on the formation of a regional network of efficiently operating small hydropower Objects due to the rationalization of natural resources in the TNEC (territorial natural and economic complexes) of small hydropower stations.5481
