The impairments of certain psychophysiological functions, the specific mental disorders and psychomotor disturbance were identified; education and training programme for children with special needs was carried out. The effectiveness of psychophysiological approach to special education and training and its influence on the organization of educational activity in children with psychophysical disorders was confirmed. The recommendations about the impact of psychophysiological approach on psychophysiological functions were given too. After the evaluation of development the communication and joint activities in people with psychophysical disorders, special educational needs activities were carried out. The programme of special education was presented in a system of special practical classes for development the social interaction skills in adolescents with intellectual disabilities. The structure of professional competence in senior pupils was defined. It was also determined the current state of their professional and labor competence development after the didactic programme application. The special education adaptive technology for psychomotor disturbance in primary school children with mental disorders was evaluated. The recommendations for psychomotor therapy in mentally retarded children were given. The obtained results allow using the pathogenetically oriented adaptive treatment for psychophysical disorders in primary school children with special educational needs, taking into account their age, gender characteristics and specific individual characteristics of their psychophysiological development.
