The influence of traumatic/extreme situations on psychological conditions and personality behavior under conditions of migration processes is investigated. Content constitution (environment, personality, life way and subject activity) of psychological and pedagogical support for persons who have suffered from migration processes is revealed, and its technology is developed. The features use of educational space as an environment for mental states normalization of internally displaced persons are determined. The content essence and process training of skilled personnel for effective psychological and pedagogical support of work with the victims from migration processes is revealed.
