Simulation of electronic structure, properties of materials and their information models were developed - the architecture of the fuzzy logic controller was constructed. The quantum-chemical simulation of the formation of nanowlows of intermetallic phases in matrix phases of type TiNiSn, ZrNiSn, HfNiSn was carried out. The regularities of the influence of various impurities that are implemented in certain crystallographic positions of ternary compounds are established. The methods of crystalline engineering for modeling the electronic structure of the phases located along the boundaries of the grains of the synthesized materials have been used. The fragmentation of the structure as a result of significant plastic deformation of the surface of special alloys by impulses of nanofemtosecond laser radiation by means of fuzzy logic methods is analyzed.5481
