The theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative gardening have been studied. The main trends in the functioning of the industry, the state of reproduction of orchards and berries, the problems and prospects for the use of innovations are investigated. Developed proposals for enhancing innovation in industrial gardening. The organizational and economic mechanism of innovative development of the industry has been substantiated. The results of scientific work on the substantiation of the strategic directions of the development of industrial production of fruits and berries on an innovative basis are used in the draft Concept of the development of the horticulture industry for the period up to 2025. The perspective parameters of the development of the nut-bearing industry in Ukraine for the period up to 2025 are justified, the modern supply and demand, the level of production and consumption of nut-fruit are determined, the technological aspects, standards of labor and funds for the creation of commercial plantations are justified, the standard cost of cultivating varietal material, fruits in rainfed conditions and during irrigation, the volume of investments is established.
