The change in the length of the alkyl substituents varies with the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance of the molecules. A method of synthesis of bis-dansylamidocalix[4]arene with fluorophoric groups on the upper rim is developed. It is shown that its fluorescence practically doesn't depend on the solvent type and has a high quantum yield. It is promising for the study of the inhibition of the inhibition of the Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase of smooth muscle cells by sulfonylamidine calix[4]arenes and the determination of the role of the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance in this process. The method of one-stage conjugation of tetraaminocalixarenes and known drugs: ibuprofen and analbenne have been developed. The analben conjugate exhibits significantly more analgesic and decongestant effects than analbene itself. The results can be implemented in physico-chemical research, biochemistry and medical research.
