The aim of the work is to develop an intellectual information technology (which includes a set of methods, models, algorithms and application programs) of a high-precision determination of the coordinates of ground objects by a multisensory system based on UAV in automatic mode. Research Methods - the studies are based on the theory of intellectual control, programming technology, intellectual processing of large data arrays, methods of contour image analysis, image processing and recognition based on detectors and descriptors of key points, automatic control theory, flight data processing methods, navigation theory and UAV flight dynamics. As a result of the work: a fundamental platform for development of a high-precision multi-sensory system for determining the coordinates of ground objects has been created; an algorithm for calculating the coordinates of a ground object using the onboard camera in the automatic mode has been developed; a software and hardware complex for the developed algorithm has been created; A mathematical model of the optical channel of the system for determining the coordinates of ground objects is synthesized with an aim to investigate the use of computer vision algorithms to improve the accuracy of determining the coordinates of ground targets. The results obtained during the first stage of work can have a significant impact on improving the country defense capacity, on condition to continue the research and a series of tests.
