The purpose of the work is to develop the basics of information technology of intellectual remote control (a set of control algorithms and methods for calculating flight paths) of unmanned aerial vehicles which are operating under conditions of uncertainty and constraints with an aim to counteraction for hostile UAVs. Research Methods - the studies are based on the theory of intellectual control, the theory of automatic control, the theory of nonlinear invariance, mathematical programming, methods for processing flight data, navigation theory and flight dynamics of unmanned aerial vehicles. As a result of the work, a scientific information technology platform has been created. Functional modules for automatic control of pitch, roll, altitude, UAV flight speed, automatic take-off and landing have been developed; software module for UAV path control was developed; a comprehensive integration of the developed functional control modules into a single automatic control system was implemented. In addition, a prototype of a software and hardware complex, built according to a modular scheme, was created to perform the works on designing advanced UAV control systems, scientific and technical research in the field of UAV development engineering. Also the complex can be the basis for training unmanned aircraft systems operators.
