Namely, exact solution for spectrum of system of particles with harmonic oscillator interaction is obtained in rotationally-invariant noncommutative phase space. Expression for spectrum of a particle in singular potential field is obtained in general case of deformed space with minimal length. Features of description of many-particle systems in quantum space with deformed Poisson brackets are determined. The way to solve the problem of description of motion of free-particles system in quantum space with noncommutativity of coordinates and noncommutativity of momenta, the problem of definition of the total momentum as integral of motion, the problem of kinematic variables, the problem of the weak equivalence principle breaking is proposed. Noncommutative algebra which is rotationally-invariant, equivalent to noncommutative algebra of canonical type and does not cause violation of the weak equivalence principle is constructed. The value of space quantum is estimated on the basis of comparison of the obtained results with experimental data of high precision.
