A study was carried out of persons to whom compulsory measures of a medical nature (hereinafter - PZMH) were applied in the form of provision of outpatient psychiatric assistance in a forced order (hereinafter - AAPLP), taking into account the requirements of the current legislation. An instruction will be developed on the use of PZMH in the form of APDPP provision, as well as the principles and system components of the PZMH in the form of APDPP provision with the purpose of secondary prevention of the commission of persons suffering from mental disorders, coincidently dangerous acts, as well as for the rehabilitation and re-socialization of such persons Identified factors that determine the public danger of persons to whom PPSM is used in the form of ADHD and which will be important for clinical practice. It will also be practical to develop criteria for extending the application and termination of the use of PZMH in the form of the provision of the APDI.
