The conceptual foundations and structural model of a mechatronic heading and stowing system for the coal mining on small thickness beds are developed. The technological and constructive solutions to the creation of a mechatronic heading and stowing system of the main production process for high efficiency intensive coal mining are proposed. Structural model of adaptive control and transport subsystems of mine of intensive saving coal mining is developed. Possible development of the obtained results is creation of mining machines with qualitatively new technological and consumer properties on the adaptive control of their work processes basis.
