The subject of this study were - 163rats, 695 patients with myopia, 379 patients with diabetic retinopathy, 57 patients with glaucoma. The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of the most common dystrophic and vascular diseases of the eye (myopia, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma) by improving methods of pathogenetically-based treatment. Methods of examination: ophthalmologic, biophysical (spectral optical coherent tomography-SOCT,), statistical. Results: the data of myopia and diabetic retinopathy pathogenesis were completed the developed method of surgical treatment of open-angle glaucoma allows to achieve a stable hypotensive effect, to minimise the intensity of postoperative inflammatory reaction, and to shorten the time of stay in the hospital; improvement of the system of conservative supportive treatment of patients with high complicated myopia, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy contributes to the improvement and stabilization of visual functions and reduction of visual impairment.
