This study involved 180 patients with chronic hepatitis C and 140 patients with infectious mononucleosis. The study's purpose - increasing of treatment effectiveness the patients with chronic viral infections which is based on studying of LP state, AOS, thrombocyte link of homeostasis, indexes of cell immunity. Research methods: clinical, virological, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, molecular-genetic, statistic. Peculiarities of LP/AOS functioning, interferonogenesis, cytokine system and cell link of immunity in the patients were discovered. Using in complex treatment of the patients interferonogene amyxin IC leads to clinical improvement of disease, prevention of inflammatory process progression, to remove metabolic and immunological imbalance, make better quality of patients' life.
