Study group - 2163 patients with ischemic heart disease. Study objective - evaluation of heat waves effect on cardiovascular disease pattern in patients with different levels of cardiovascular risk and possible drug treatment and behavior approach to heat impact. Study methodology: general clinical examination, investigations (ECG, EchoECG, BP evaluation). Results: abnormal heat is associated with increased number of cardiovascular events. Different effects of various anti-hypertension drugs combinations were evaluated both during heat waves and in cold seasons. Compliance with medical and sanitary recommendations targeting appropriate behavior during heat waves was effective in prevention of cardiovascular complications and improvement of quality of life in target patients.
