The object of the study - patients with a combined cranio-abdominal trauma, which performed endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery.The work is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of diagnosis and treatment of patients with combined crohnia and abdominal trauma through the use of minimally invasive technologies.The comparative estimation of the results of treatment of patients with combined cranio-abdominal trauma with the use of non-invasive technologies has been studied and conducted. New methods of endolaparoscopic hemostasis have been applied. The algorithm of different methods of endoscopic and laparoscopic local hemostasis in patients, depending on the clinical situation, was developed and applied.
