The analytical expression of the cost function is assumed to be partially or completely unknown. One of the main results is the construction of a family of feedback laws for tracking the trajectory of a moving target. Constructive asymptotic stability are proposed. Another result is related to constrained optimization problems. Namely, we have obtained a family of control algorithms which rely only on the values of the corresponding navigation function. Besides, the proposed algorithm does not require any additional system transformations or auxiliary methods like derivative estimation. Further advantages of the obtained results are the possibility of using a broad family of controllers with various important properties, such as boundedness of vanishing amplitudes, and the relaxation of the regularity assumptions on the vector fields of the system. The problem of stabilizing systems with elastic elements is also considered. We have constructed a mathematical model of the motion of a mechanical system consisting of a rigid body and two Kirchhoff elastic plates. A stabilizing feedback control is obtained explicitly.
