It was established a tight relationships between the H2S system, glutathione and nitric oxide (NO), which play an important role in the formation of the membrane potential of mitochondria and myocardial reserves, in particular, in ischemia-reperfusion, and also in Parkinson's disease and diabetes mellitus, in which significant violations are established not only in peripheral (reduction of endothelium-dependent relaxation of vessels), but also in the central structures of the brain regulating vascular tone and systemic arterial pressure. It has been shown that physiological disorders associated with a decrease in NO synthesis can be reduced by endothelial monocyte activating polyprotein (EMAPII). The features of calcium channels in the endothelium with genetically determined atherosclerosis and potassium channels of mitochondria as the main mediators of the protective signaling pathways were also studied.
