Methods of synthesis of new oraginous compounds from the class of triazoles - potential modulators of GABA receptors have been developed. In order to investigate the changes in the activity of GABA receptors of mammalian brain neurons under the influence of new chemical compounds of a number of analogs of homo-GABA and a number of nitrofenil of triazole analogues, modern methods of ecophysiological research were used. The activity of these compounds was investigated by the method of the petchelminment in the configuration of "whole cell" at a concentration of 10 µM / l at 3-5 cells of the Purkinje neurons. Two active compounds were detected. All active molecules did not exhibit signs of cytotoxic action on neurons.
