The analytical expressions describing the dielectric permittivity of silver, gold, copper and aluminum are determined on the basis of experimental data. The rigorous coupled waves method is improved to achieve better convergence of calculation results. The simulation of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with metallic nanogratings under conditions of localized surface plasmon resonance was carried out. The method of formation of silver nanoparticles of various spatial configurations has been developed. The prototype of a radial irradiator for the manufacture of nanostructures is developed and manufactured.
