The principles, conditions and modes of formation of supramolecular hierarchical clathrate architectures are established. The general characteristics of their composition and structure are investigated. The impedance response of synthesized supramolecular hierarchical architectures to external physical fields is obtained. The theoretical description of observed phenomena is carried out. The concept of quantum impedance as an effective tool for theoretical prediction and the substantiation of new effects, associated with the hybridization of the functional capabilities of energy storage devices is developed.
