At first developed optical technologies of multifunctional 2D polarization-phase and 3D polarization-correlation tomography of biological tissues and liquids of human organs based on experimental Stokes parametric and Muller-matrix mapping.
Laboratory versions of new 2D polarization-phase and 3D polarization-correlation tomography systems were developed and a set of interrelations between statistical, correlation and spectral moments of the 1st and 4th orders that characterize the distribution of the linear and circular birefringence values of polycrystalline protein networks and changes optical anisotropy of biological layers of different physiological state.
